Quality Control is Within our Control

Our modern machinery and experienced machine operators produce high-quality components. Quality control checkpoints ensure that every single piece of millwork will be checked at least twice. First, at planning, we have drawings cross-checked by another employee. Second, before shipping by production managers, we check material quality, size conformity, and building quality. Some production procedures involve more than two checkpoints. For example, when drilling hinge holes, a worker must double-check the door size to confirm they are working with the right piece, automatically introducing another checkpoint. In short, we are serious about ensuring that our high standards of quality are met.

An Organized Company Equals a Successful Project

There are companies out there who still rely solely on pencil drawings and verbal communication between employees when doing a project. Papers get lost and verbal instruction can be half-forgotten or misunderstood—and that’s exactly how their projects become nightmares on installation.

We use a computerized production tracking system to make sure the project is done correctly to completion the first time. All our drawings and pencil sketches are saved in PDF so that if something gets lost it can be reprinted at any time. We can find drawings, door sizes, cabinet materials or paint codes for a kitchen done three years ago in 10 seconds, literally.

When we ship a project to installation it has everything the installer needs to start working right away.
